Hotel Le Grande - Mumbai International Airport

Rooms were clean and food was good.

It is located in an unhigenic and poor vicinity, garbage on the road, approach road is bad.

Nothing much really

Smelly of cooking , broken tile floors, dust in cupboards, roaches in room

I liked the location of the hotel and the staff was decent.

So, the foremost thing about the hotel is its images are deceptive. The rooms looked much more spacious when I was booking. Turned out it was just restricted to images because when I reached, I saw how small the room was. The TV wasn't working, the electrical fittings in some places were falling off, the AC was spouting water and ice, and at one point the electricity just kept going off. There was no handwash in the washroom also. Overall, it wasn't that great a stay.

The cleanliness of the room was beyond expectations. It was extremely clean for hygiene conscious like me, the size of the room was also good, since I mentioned it was double occupancy, else it could have been smaller what I know they have. So, brownie points for that.

I had mentioned I would have guest with me while checking in, but they did not allow the guest later.

The Staff of the Hotel is Wonderful, Helpful, Warm. Bed Was comfortable . Bright Lighting, street Parking

The Facilities are Ageing, in need of refresh.

Friendly people at reception, early checking in possible. Late check out no problem.

Shower could be bit better (water pressure)

Lift,no phone in the rooms, intercom was not working sometimes

I got there earlier than the check in time around3am. Even though I had modified my arrival time to an earlier time when I booked, the receptionist told me that check in time was 1pm and so I need to go and look for another hotel to lodge until the check in time. I asked there was any available room so that I pay extra fees but he said no. So I left to look for another place to lodge and never returned.

Bathroom was not that clean.

The hotel stank of stale tobacco it wasn’t very clean my room was disgusting

Breakfast absolutely basic nothing to sing about better breakfast were served in nearby restuarant.

There was nothing to like in this hotel the photos made the hotel look very good, the staff were unfriendly the condition in room was absolutely disgusting the shower barely worked the water was leaking from the toilet. The bedding had not been changed from previous night they were dirty, out the bedroom there spares folded beds left and dirty laundry. It was just dirty everywhere. This hotel would not even come in ONE STAR let alone 3*. I would never recommend anyone to stay there unless they want go home and be severely sick. Order bottled water (billercery) in the by morning it had turned cloudy and had hard water formed at the bottom so obviously this water was filled with tap water and corked.

My room was dirty, smells of cigarettes and the bed sheets where very dirty with some hair....:(I've had the worst experience ever in this hotel. I was looking for conform but I believe there is a minimum in term of cleanliness. Very disappointed!

Helpfulness of the staff. The Restaurant staff was really customer friendly. The food was good (though not excellent). The property is in close proximity to Mumbai airport. UBER and OLA are always accessible with a few minutes of wait time.

Rooms did not have Hot water supply for the 3 days I stayed. Wifi of the hotel was unsecured. The room I was allotted is not a big one though it was called a suite room. Though the hotel is close to the main road, the approach road to the hotel is from narrow lanes. The neighborhood of the property is not a clean one.

The rooms were pretty comfortable

The water too a lot of time to heat up. So actually had a cold water bath. Which was sad.

Just the Breakfast and Food was good here.

It is nothing like showing in the pictures.Very small in size. Small tv with small living space.I would never refer this place. No room service.No toiletries provided.No recommended

The room was totally unhygienic. Cockroaches were found roaming jn the room. Bathroom was leaking. The water glasses were totally unclean

the rooms were so so small and stingy. the pictures are so different from the actual room. there were a few cockroaches in the room.
